Following the recent government announcements regarding Covid 19 , changes have taken place nationwide and restrictions, while varying by location, have been implemented, are being policed daily and are impacting us all. Intuity will continue to work as an essential service.
We continue to deliver support via our remote working team and cloud solutions and the Service Desk team are continuing to deliver their usual high level support. We are adhering to the guidelines and our team who work onsite with clients will still be available to provide services and solutions as required; however, we do require cooperation from these client sites in advance of, during and after these arranged visits.

Since the Intuity Incident Response Team activated our Business Continuity Plan earlier in the year, we have continued to act in line with our ISO 27001 information security standard which we take very seriously. At Intuity.the health and well-being of our team onsite and on the road and of our clients remain our primary concern. As such, much of our team are now working remotely using cloud systems and remote access solutions and will continue to be available to provide support, training and other key IT services and solutions to our clients in the coming days and weeks ahead.

It is important to remember that the incidents of phishing attacks ( posing under the Covid banner) have risen drastically on a global scale during the pandemic. At this time of vulnerability and distraction it is important to remain vigilant and on the lookout for phishing attacks and malware campaigns that may use the coronavirus as a vehicle for entry.
